Green Giantz: A Vision Rooted in Care and Sustainability
Co-founded by Simi Rajput and Harry Rajput in 2022, Green Giantz emerged from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by senior care homes. As a Regional Director overseeing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care homes across British Columbia and Alberta, Simi experienced firsthand the shortcomings of existing incontinence products. Not only were they insufficiently absorbent, but they were also made of plastics and harsh chemicals, often causing skin irritations and contributing to the growing waste in landfills, where they take over 500 years to decompose.
Motivated by a shared commitment to both quality care and environmental responsibility, Simi and Harry embarked on a mission to change the industry. Together, they worked with a dedicated R&D team to design a solution that would be ultra-soft, ultra-absorbent, chemical-free, and most importantly, eco-friendly. The result was the creation of compostable, biodegradable incontinence briefs—offering superior comfort while reducing environmental impact.
The name "Green Giantz" carries a deeper significance. Inspired by the Green Giant tree, which grows 3-5 feet annually and thrives in diverse environments, the name symbolizes the company’s resilience, adaptability, and steadfast commitment to growth. Just as the tree provides shelter and stands strong against the elements, Green Giantz aims to be a dependable force—supporting the healthcare community and protecting the planet for generations to come.
As a proudly Canadian company, we aspire to be as enduring and sustainable as the Green Giant tree, nurturing a future where comfort and care meet environmental stewardship.
